Poor service on transmission rebuild an not wanting to do anything about it. Been taken back numerous times always putting it on something else wrong. Paid 135. Dollars diagnostic to Chrysler dealer to tell me my transmission needs to be rebuilt got printed out proof. They also charged me 4000 dollars to rebuild it. 2015 Chrysler town and country can

I was scheduled to go back for the 2 week checkup on the vehicle that the transmission was fixed on. I went back twice in order to get that done but all I got were excuses. Now I have been set up for a third appointment for next week .This time I hope that someone is actually there that will be able resolve my issues.I still have not gotten the hoses for the heater or the air conditioner put back on. There was nothing wrong with either one.If there was a hole in anything then there would not be anyway for the air to cool at all or the heater to heat at all. The vehicle was heating and cooling perfectly before the transmission got fixed.

The service was kind and courteous. I was not made to wait any longer than I was expected to .When they said said a week they were actually on point.. The cost of the service surprised me also.I probably would have had to pay twice as much somewhere else.

Wow what can I say....I am definitely impressed how my car drives now but before then I was in tears Mr. Transmission saved the day and also saved me some money and I can't forget the oil change that was done on my car as well....you guys are wonderful!
