The crew at the Brooklet Mr. Transmission were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and mostly communicative. When I had questions, they were quick to answer with good information and peace of mind. Their estimate was pretty close to what I ended up paying, so that helped as well. The one drawback is that when I went to pick up my car (they called just before closing on Friday), they failed to let me know that my battery was pretty much dead. The only way I found out was that when I went to start it up after paying, my car wouldn't start. I stepped back in and they told me that they'd had to jump it off to get it started that morning. Keep in mind that this was after they had both called to let me know the car was ready (and one of the guys had taken it for a test ride) and told me at the shop minutes before that it ran smoothly. One of the guys there did get my car jumped off, and let me sit there to charge the battery somewhat before heading home. Still, despite this one minor issue, I would definitely recommend them.
